Raise a kid who's fluent in their own body.

- One-time payment, early-access price
- Lifetime access, including future updates
- One purchase covers every child in your family
"This isn't watered-down, it's real science in an age-appropriate format."
10 units covering every major body system
30+ recipes with the biology behind each ingredient
15+ exercises and kitchen labs kids do, not watch
About 3 hours per unit, at your child's pace
Schools teach algebra. Doctors treat symptoms. Nobody teaches kids how their body works.
Kids learn biology as facts to memorize, not as a way to understand why they feel anxious, tired or foggy. WonderBodii fills that gap with the body literacy most adults only pick up in their 30s and 40s, usually the hard way.

What changes after WonderBodii
Not facts memorized for a test. A different relationship with their own body, day to day.

Vastly hands-on. Barely any screen time.
Each unit has one short video lesson. Everything else happens off the screen: at the kitchen counter, on paper and in conversation. Many families print the workbooks and only open the portal to start the next unit.
-
Workbooks
Hands-on pages that turn big body science into "aha" moments. Kids map their bodies, question them and get curious. No busywork.
-
Integration exercises
Breathwork, movement experiments and real-world observation challenges that let kids feel what they've learned in their own bodies.
-
Kitchen labs
Kids cook, taste and experiment through the Fuel-the-Plate framework. No lectures about "good" and "bad" foods, just discovery.
-
Family discussion
No-pressure conversation starters that make body talk normal at your table, without awkwardness or shame.
Ten stops through the body
Unit 1 introduces the body as a city. Each stop after that explores one of its systems, ending with a mindfulness toolkit your child keeps for life.
Unit 1
Your body is a city
Meet the amazing machine you live in and how each system connects.
Unit 2
Your gut: the control center
The tiny world inside you that shapes how you feel.
Unit 3
Food as information
Build a plate that powers your body and brain.
Unit 4
Sleep: the repair shop
The nighttime magic that helps you grow, heal and thrive.
Unit 5
Movement: built to move
Strong, agile, flexible: why moving your body is a superpower.
Unit 6
Stress + the nervous system
Your body's messaging network and inner calm switch.
Unit 7
Toxins + detox
How your liver, kidneys and skin keep you clean from the inside.
Unit 8
Your immune army
Meet your body's defense team and learn how to back them up.
Unit 9
Growing + changing
Big changes, zero shame: what's happening and why it's normal.
Unit 10
Mindfulness: the capstone
Tune in, slow down and become the boss of your busy brain.
By unit 10, your child knows things most adults are still figuring out
- Why their gut, mood and brain are the same conversation, and what to do about it
- That every symptom is a message, not a malfunction, and how to read it
- How to shift from alert mode to calm mode using their own nervous system
- Why food is information, not just fuel, and how to pair it for steady energy
- That their teen brain is under construction, and emotional intensity is biology, not a flaw
- How to support their immune system and what a fever is actually doing
- That getting sick is not failure; it's the immune army completing an upgrade
- A complete mindfulness toolkit (breathwork, body scans, grounding) they'll use for life
What families are saying
"I spent years in therapy learning what my 10-year-old now knows from this program. This is indeed the head start I wish I had."
"The kitchen labs are the real magic here. My son begged me to make the elderberry syrup again, and now he tells ME what each ingredient is doing. He doesn't think of it as schoolwork, he thinks of it as the fun part of his day."
"My daughter explained the gut-brain axis to her dad at dinner. He looked at me like 'where did she learn that?' This content treats kids like they're intelligent. Because they are."
"I was genuinely impressed by the accuracy. This isn't watered-down, it's real science in an age-appropriate format."
Meet your guide
Built by a health coach, not a curriculum company.
Hi, I'm Kristen. I created WonderBodii because kids deserve to grow up fluent in their own bodies: not afraid of them, not confused by them, but genuinely curious and informed.
I spent years helping adults repair their relationship with their bodies and got tired of treating problems that could have been prevented. My background spans functional medicine coaching, eating psychology, somatic practice and breathwork, plus over a decade in hiring and human development at top tech companies.

What age is this designed for?
WonderBodii is built for kids ages 8 and up; right at the edge of big body changes, when curiosity is high and good information matters most.
That said, "8+" is a starting line, not a fence. Many families work through units with 11-, 12-, and 13-year-olds, and younger siblings often tag along for the kitchen labs and field missions. The content is mechanism-based and shame-free, so it meets kids wherever they are; whether they're just starting to ask questions or already deep in the changes themselves.
If your child is a strong reader who loves knowing how things work, they're ready. If they're a little younger and you want to preview the material first, everything is parent-visible; you decide the pace.
Is this suitable for homeschooling families?
Yes, WonderBodii was built with homeschool rigor in mind, not as an afterthought.
Every unit is a complete, structured learning experience: workbook content, answer keys, hands-on kitchen labs, and integration experiences that take learning off the page. The science is mechanism-based; kids learn how the body works, not just vocabulary lists, and every claim is written to survive scrutiny, because we believe your curriculum shelf should never require an asterisk.
It also flexes to your homeschool style. Charlotte Mason families will recognize the living-ideas approach and narration-friendly content. Unschoolers can let kids follow the units interest-first. Structured families can run it as a full health/science credit block, and the answer keys make grading straightforward if you keep records for a portfolio or evaluator.
And because body literacy is a gap in nearly every published curriculum; traditional and homeschool, WonderBodii isn't duplicating something you already own. It's covering what nothing else on your shelf does.
Do you offer a no-screen option?
It's in the works and we hear you.
Right now, WonderBodii is delivered digitally, but it was never designed to keep kids on a screen (minimally). Most of the learning happens off the device: printable workbooks, kitchen labs, field missions, and hands-on activities. Many families print the unit materials and only return to the portal to move to the next section.
That said, a full textbook-style e-book version is currently in development; everything organized into one cohesive, print-friendly volume, so families who prefer paper-in-hand learning can work through the entire curriculum with minimal screen time.
If a low-screen setup matters to your family, you can already get most of the way there with the printable PDFs. And if you want to be the first to know when the textbook edition launches, email me at oneworksov@gmail.com and we'll let you know the moment it's ready.
Is this religious or values-based curriculum?
WonderBodii is science-based and values-respectful, which means it works in both secular and faith-based homes.
The curriculum teaches body literacy through mechanism: how hormones work, how systems communicate, why changes happen. It's anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and so much more; presented factually, without shame and without ideology. We don't teach religious doctrine, and we don't teach against it either.
What we do hold as non-negotiable: kids deserve accurate information about their own bodies, delivered with respect and zero shame. Beyond that, the values conversations; the why and the what we believe, stay exactly where they belong: with you. Every unit is fully parent-visible, so you can preview the material and layer in your family's framework however you see fit.
Secular families use WonderBodii as rigorous health science. Faith-based families use it as the factual foundation alongside their own teaching. Both are exactly how it was designed to work.
How long does each unit take?
Each unit takes approximately 3 hours to complete, though it varies by child; some kids fly through the reading and linger in the kitchen labs; others take their time with every page.
Across the full program, you're looking at about 27 hours of learning (video education and exercises combined) closer to 30 if the videos are watched twice, which we recommend. (Repetition is where the "I get it now" moments happen.)
How you space it out is entirely up to you, and the program includes pacing plans to fit different rhythms; more info of both plans inside the program.
There's no falling behind and no expiration on the pace; the program moves when your child does.
Can more than one child use it?
Easily and that's by design.
One purchase covers your whole family. Siblings can work through units together, take turns with the kitchen labs, or move at completely different paces; the printable workbooks mean each child gets their own pages to write on, wonder over, and keep. Many families find the units actually work better with more than one kid at the table, especially the labs and field missions.
And because WonderBodii comes with lifetime access, it grows with your family. A 10-year-old who finishes the program can circle back at 12 with new questions and see the material through entirely new eyes; that second pass is often where the deepest learning lands. And when a younger sibling reaches the starting line in a few years, the program is right there waiting. Buy it once, use it for every child, for as long as you're raising them.
Give them the head start you wish you'd had.
